Cancellation Policy

Thanks for scheduling time to connect with Warrior Dad. These conversations are built for podcasts, speaking engagements, collaboration opportunities, and purposeful professional discussions. Before you book, please keep the following in mind: • All appointments are 45 minutes and held online. • Conversations are scheduled 72 hours in advance to ensure proper preparation. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours ahead when possible. • A Google Meet, Zoom link, or your preferred platform will be used for the conversation. • If this is for a podcast, interview, or event, please send any relevant details ahead of time so I can come prepared. • This is a relaxed, conversational exchange, more like sitting down and talking things through than a formal interview, but still focused and intentional. • Booking a conversation does not automatically confirm a podcast appearance, speaking engagement, or formal partnership. • Please arrive on time, ready for a focused and productive conversation.
